She was predeceased by: her father Richard Simzer. She is survived by: her mother Deborah Springer Simzer; her sons, Jamie Crawford and Carl Leon; her boyfriend James M. Leon; her siblings, Samantha Simzer, Lynne Simzer and Todd Simzer; and her grandmother Elizabeth Wallace. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
