He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Crews and Pearl Andrews Crews; his wife Catherine Searles; his grandson Jeremy Harrington; his siblings, Clifford, Richard, Helen Katovich and Connie D'Arcangelis; his sisters-in-law, Isabell Searles and Margaret Crews; and his son-in-law Rodney Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Reynolds, Bonnie and James, Jr. (Bonnie Crews); his siblings, Roger Crews, Linda West and Barbara Pedrick; his sister-in-law Irma Crews; and his grandchildren, George, Nathan, Maria, Rebekah, Daniel, Terry, Robert, Chelesa and Ashley. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and cousins.
