She is survived by: her parents, Richard Case and Kristie Case (Voudry); her sister Brianna Case; her friend Abby V.; her boyfriend Adam Horan; her great-grandparent Valla Case; her grandparents, Richard Case (Hope) and Stacey Case; and her aunts, Rebecca Brownell (Todd), Justine Case-Fitzgerald (Rich), Michelle Graefe (Joe), Lisa Summerfield (James) and Bobbie Jo Case.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice or toward a Scholarship Fund which will be created in Haley's name.
