It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Phillips (Fort Plain, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Brown and Agnes Topley Brown; her husband Craig J. Philips; her children, Jeffrey (Vanessa Phillips) and Sara (Canaan McDuffee); her siblings, Karen Kapps (Howie), Linda Meola (Anthony), Nancy Unser (Dan), Elizabeth Shook and Kevin Brown; her brothers-in-law, Doug Phillips (Susan) and Gary Phillips (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Sara, Emma, Ashlee, Alexandria, Lainie and Livia. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
