Beverly E. Douglas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly E. Douglas of Fort Plain, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cook and Mabel Prime Cook; and her siblings, Walter Cook and Beatrice (William Covney). She is survived by: her husband Roger L. Douglas; her children, Wanda (Jeff Eaker) and Wayne (Terri Douglas); her grandchildren, Joshua Eaker (Rachel), Emily Douglas (Taylor) and Kara House (Steve); her great grandchild Harper; her siblings, David Cook, Barbara Bridger (Robert) and Helen Brown (Butch); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
