He is survived by: his father Sidney Perkins Sr.; his wife Linda Perkins (Bentley); his children, Rebecca Putman, Joseph Putman (Lisa) and Eric Perkins; his siblings, Sydney Perkins Jr., Daniel Perkins (Kathleen), Rose Collins, Christine Johnson (Tim) and Barb Hailu (Yared); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaxcyn, Teigan and Jeremih.
