It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma P. Parks in Fort Montgomery, New York, born in Easton, Maine, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Thelma departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Thelma may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thelma leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand McIntyre and Hazel McIntyre (Morehouse); her husband Paul Parks; her daughter Bonnie Parks; and her granddaughter Stacy Goodall.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Goodall (Charles) of Fort Montgomery, NY; her siblings, Reginald McIntyre of Presque Isle, ME and Charlotte Lowe of Florida; her granddaughter Lindsay Favre (David Favre Jr.) of Highland Falls, NY; and her great grandchildren, Caiden Favre and Charlotte Favre. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
