He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Jessmer Fisher; his significant other Aurelia Baker; his daughters, Tonya Fisher of North Carolina, Mary Fisher (Matthew Baucco) of Bloomington, IN and Cheryl Nanartowich (Victor) of Highland Falls, NY; his grandchildren, Victor Jr., Michelle (Jason), Michael and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Katlyn; and his brothers, Frank (Jane) of Brasher Falls, NY, Edward of Wisconsin, Norman (Agnes) of Florida, Floyd (Rose) of West Haverstraw, NY and Howard (Caroline) of Wurtsboro, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
