With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Opalka of Fort Johnson, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fortunato Minniti and Beverly Minniti; and her daughter Dannielle Hayes. She is survived by: her husband John F. Opalka Jr. (Johnny); her son Joe Opalka; her daughter-in-law Maureen; her daughter Debbie Florentine; her son-in-law Mark; her siblings, John Minniti (Laurie) and Michelle Caraco (Carmen); her siblings-in-law, Joanne Sierzega (John) and Robert Opalka (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Christine, Jessica, Connor, Lauren, Meghan, Ethan and Julia. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews, and great-nieces & nephews.
