He is survived by: his spouse Stephanna "Stella" Surento; his children, John Collins (Kelly) of Tivoli, NY, James Collins of Amsterdam, NY and Kelly Natoli (Anthony) of Perth, NY.; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Katherine, Daniel, Michael, Nicholas, Christopher, Rosie, Gloria, Bonnie and Sisto Surento.
