He is survived by: his wife Ellen Ernst (Toole); his children, Bruce Ernst (Karen) of Clifton Park and Stacey Patalino of Skaneateles; his siblings, Beverly Passineau, Robert Ernst (Carol) and Carolyn Flynn (Jim); and his grandchildren, Evan, Lena Ernst, Jacob and Jessica Patalino.
