He is survived by: his wife Joyce Oatman; his sons, Keith Brown and Kenneth Brown (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jubilee and Micah Brown; and his siblings, Sharon Burt (Eugene), Michael Brown (Dorothy), Peggy Spaulding (Chris), Greg Brown (Susan) and Kevin Brown (Jodie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
