She was predeceased by: her stepfather Luther Jeffries; her grandparents, John and Carol Tatsey; her uncle John Tatsey; and her aunt Nina Brownell.
She is survived by: her parents, Tina Tatsey and Forrest Cook (Lorraine); her husband Wayne L. Manney; her daughters, Caitlin Manney (Daniel), Jaslin Manney and Skylin Maynard; her grandchildren, Kyrah Weller and Adriannah Wood; her sister Tamie Tatsey (Matt); her half-brother Brian Cook; her aunt Tammy; her uncle David Blair; and her children, Doctor Christopher Mason (Glens Falls Hospital) and Tiffany. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
