She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phelps and Myrta Phelps (Whitford); her husband Anthony Charles Caruso; her son Phillip A. Caruso; and her brothers, Arthur Phelps Jr. and Wayne Phelps.
She is survived by: her brother Eugene Phelps (Karen); her children, Christine Wanzer (John), David Caruso (Carol) and Deborah Caruso; her grandchildren, Jason Maynard, Mark Maynard Jr., Christopher Caruso, Morgan Caruso Fisher, Alyssa Caruso Payne, Jeremy Caruso, Joshua Caruso, Katrina Wanzer Derhake and Anthony Wanzer; and also Jacqui Caruso. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
