He is survived by: his mother Lucy Baldwin (Hunt); his wife Carielyn Bombard; his children, Anna Szkopiec (Jeremy) and Michael Smith (Sarah); his grandson Ryan Samuel Szkopiec; his siblings, Dan Baldwin (Mary), Mary Hall, Sherry Genier (Mickey), John Baldwin (Barb) and Ron Baldwin (Teri); his aunt Sue Gilbert; and his caregiver Ashley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
