He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Decker and Delia Elizabeth Decker; and his spouse Francita Nolette. He is survived by: his sons, Travis Decker of Hudson Falls and Trampes Decker of Hudson Falls; and his grandchildren, Russell Decker of Hudson Falls, David, Zachary Decker of Queensbury and Keegan Decker. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
