It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha Hill (Fort Edward, New York), born in Anacortes, Washington, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband David Watson. She is survived by: her parents, James Ruff (Judy) of Albany, NY and Linda Keltz (Virgil) of Washington; her children, Zoe Watson and James Hill; her grandsons, Steve, David and Michael; and her siblings, Dawn Baker (Danny Mack) and Michael Harker (Ellen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
