He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Mills (Fiorillo) and Norman T. Mills; and also Fred Howard. He is survived by : his wife Tracy; his siblings, John (Kathy Yager) of Milford, NY, Ann Marie Mills (Beth Rowland) of Oneonta, NY and Charlene Mills Smith (Bill Smith) of Wilkes Barre, PA.; his aunts, Shirley Fiorillo and Lynda Coons (Mills); and his parents-in-law, Kathy, Gary LeBarron and Scott North (Melissa). He is also survived by his wife and children.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Paul's memory be made to The St. Jude's Children Research Hospital., 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
