She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Lynwood" Chase and Ruth Chase (Taylor); her son Paul Bazinet; her grandson Michael Lemery; and her brother David Chase.
She is survived by: her husband William F. Bazinet of Mary's Church; her children, Julie Clum (Scott), Joseph Bazinet and Andrew Bazinet (Lori); her daughter-in-law Deborah Bazinet; her grandchildren, Stephen Bazinet, Peter Clum, Eric Lemery, Dominique Bennet and T. J. Lambert; and her sister Carolyn Briggs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
