He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Sick and Susan O'Sick (Cramer); his grandmothers, Marjorie Frawley and Carolyn Cramer; his stepgrandfather George Frawley; his uncles, Peter O'Sick, William Durkee, Thomas Ingalls and Ronald Rea; his aunt Sheila McDonald; his great-aunts, Gloria O'Sick, Grace Clark and Bea VanZandt; and his cousin Cameron Tyler.
He is survived by: his brother Michael O'Sick (Jan); his aunts and uncles, Marge Durkee, Vickie Plude (Tom), Phyllis Rea, Carol Ingalls, Steven O'Sick, James McDonald, Barbara Tyler (Travis Tyler), Elizabeth Henry and Renee Henry; and his close friends, Guy King, Bob Hoffer, Scott Blake and Scott Daly.
