Kidwell (Leigh) and Stephen Kidwell; his grandchildren, Robert, Sean, Katie, Suzie, Richard H., Sarah, Khristopher, Mason and Keegan; and his caregivers, Paige, Dawn, Kelle, Jessica, Noah, Jodie, Cindy, Carrie, Carie, Jennifer and Lawrence.
