He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Havens and Amy Rivers; his stepparents, Whitney Roe and Bruce Rozell; his son Bentley Dewey; his sisters, Tori Ringer (Richard), Jordan Rumble (Tate), Taylor Havens and Arora Rivers-Rozell; his grandmother Debbie Crum; and his aunts and uncles, Theresa Rivers, Carrie Rivers, Terri Ellsworth, Christina Perry, Gary Lee Rivers, Brian Havens, Jason Havens, Craig Havens and Robert Havens.
