He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Champagne (Ramsey); his brother Kevin Stone; and his nephew Victor LeClaire. He is survived by: his daughters, Gabrielle Baxter (Sean) and Angela Champagne Davis; his grandchildren, Zachary Baxter (Samantha), Sophia Landon (Brent), Alec Baxter (Kayla Brouillard), Mariah Baxter (Brett Rasnick) and Keegan Viele; his great grandchildren, Jude, Hazel Baxter (Zachary), Skadi-May, Freya, Tyr Baxter (Alec) and Felix Rasnick; his niece Cara Grimard; and also Meredith Hartman. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Humbuggs Food and Spirits (569 Gansevoort Rd, Fort Edward, NY 12828).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
