She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Seymour and Marion Seymour (O'Meara); her husband Dallas "Joe" Babson, Jr.; and her son-in-law Nathan Mayes. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Jennifer Bullard (Ian), Christine Dorvee, Joseph Babson, Mary Ellen Mayes, Mark Babson, Susan Winstanley (John), Karen Riley (Ryan), Deborah Babson, Regina Babson and Patricia Babson (Britanny); her grandchildren, Tymothy, Alyssa, Gabrielle, Jason, Dianna, Caitlin, Matthew and James; and her brothers, Thomas, Raymond, Robert, Neil, Donald, Paul and David Seymour.

Memorial donations in Kathleen's name can be made to the Prospect Child and Family Center, 133 Aviation Rd, Queensbury, NY 12804, or to the Fisher House, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208.
