As Karen Schwendy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Karen Schwendy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Karen Schwendy leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phyllis E. Schwendy (Stanton) and Clifford E. Schwendy; her daughters, Marie K. Cox (Ed Cox) and Kimberly Bradley (Heath Bradley); her grandchildren, Ethan, Megan and Matthew; her sister Brenda Krueger (Karl Krueger); her husband David L. Bowersox; and her brother David G. Schwendy (Jeanette Schwendy).
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
