He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Lewin and Mary Lewin (Banach); his niece Kimberly Lewin; and his grandfather-in-law Mary Edith Granton. He is survived by: his wife Casey Granton; his daughter Courtney Lewin; his brother Edward Lewin (Judy); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Granton-Monaghan (K. C.); his niece Tracy; his nephews, Jack Monaghan, Casey Monaghan, Eric Lewin (Alyson) and Jason Lewin (Jennifer); and his godchildren, Carol Gomez and Michael Cassidy (Jennifer).
