She was predeceased by : her parents, George Walsh and Margaret Walsh (Carroll); her husband LeRoy E. Powell; her brother Bernard Walsh; her siblings-in-law, John 'Jack Collins and Tish Walsh; her cousin Carol Stephens; and her nephew-in-law Dave 'Butch Ovitt.
She is survived by : her siblings, Helene Collins of Queensbury and Donald Walsh of Zelienople, PA; her niece Karen Ovitt of Moreau; her nephews, Kevin Collins (Mary Anne) of Canton, OH, Christopher Walsh (Patricia McLean) of Harmony, PA and Damian Walsh (Dennieal) of Coraopolis, PA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Alex Johnson; her cousins, Theresa Anne Danish of Troy and Kathleen Face of Cheshire, MA; and her close friend Robin Corrigan of Wilton.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, no services will be held at this time.
