We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2021, at the age of 93, Joan Mullen of Fort Edward, New York, born in Oneonta, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Mullen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Franklin Hess and Muriel Hess (Gordon) of Gilboa; her sister Barbara Hess Patierne (late Charles Thomas Mullen) of Schenectady; and her son Patrick Michael Mullen. She is survived by : her husband Charles Thomas Mullen; her children, Peter Hess Mullen of Connecticut and Ann-Melissa Sarah VanEarden (Harold VanEarden) of Gansevoort; her daughter-in-law Jeanie Mullen; and her grandchildren, Zachary James VanEarden (Lucy Rivas) of Saratoga, Benjamin Charles VanEarden (Brandy Kotary) of Saratoga, Rachel Melissa VanEarden of Saratoga and Patierne.

Due to Covid restrictions, only 60 people may enter the funeral home at once. Masks and social distancing are required.
