He was predeceased by: his parents, David McGowan and Ruth McGowan (Beagle); his brother David McGowan Jr. Left; his son Jimmy J. McGowan Jr.; his sisters, Colleen McGowan (Jim) and Lauri Webster (Dave); his nephews, Joshua Warner (Michelle), Randy Blanchard and Dawson Webster; and his niece Elizabeth Linendoll (Bradley). He is also survived by three great nephews, two great nieces, three aunts, one uncle and several cousins.
