He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph DeCota and Elizabeth DeCota; and his son Heath DeCota. He is survived by : his wife Myrna DeCota (Church); and his children, Cathy Darrow (Mike) of Schaghticoke, Rebecca DeCota (Jim), Dan DeCota (Kim) of Argyle and Heidi DeCota. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great- grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
