He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donnelly and Esther Donnelly (Allen); his wife Bonnie Russell; his son Terry LaPointe; and his brothers, Dennis and Rick Donnelly.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Donnelly, Jr. (Jessica), Jean Donnelly and Joe Donnelly (Megan); his grandchildren, Christopher, Bonnie (Kameron), Zachary, Brianna, Justin, Jr., Elizabeth and Ally; his great grandchildren, Jeanie, Elena and June; and his siblings, Tim Donnelly (Althea) and Karen Steele (Cam). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
