He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Mary Hoffis Sr. (Monsour); his wife Lois Ann Hoffis (Waldron); his son Christopher George Hoffis; his brothers, Abraham Hoffis (Edna), Michael Hoffis (Elizabeth "Betty") and Louis Hoffis Sr. (Pat); his daughter Heather Staszak (David); and his grandsons, Ethan George Staszak and Henry David Staszak.
