He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael LaSarso Sr. and Maria LaSarso (Bavaro); his wife Jayne LaSarso; his daughter Frances Jayne LaSarso; and his siblings, Angelo LaSarso, Laura Toombs, Dorothy Freeman, Mike LaSarso, Grace Fragola, Josephine Munro, Jennie McCurry and Frances Hafner.

He is survived by: his children, Matthew LaSarso and Theresa Faul (Joseph); his close friend Mary Anne Osborne; his brother Nicholas LaSarso; and his granddaughters, Olivia Austin (Josiah) and Sophia Faul. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home (82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church -Fe (164 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery -Fe Burgoyne (1208 Burgoyne Ave, Hudson Falls, NY 12839).
