He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Elmer Fowler and Ethel Fowler (Rich); his former wives, Bessie Genier and Patricia McCabe; and his wife Betty Bromley.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Hayes (Kevin), Wendy Bourdeau (Francis) and Scott Fowler (Carol); and his stepchildren, Theresa Maher (William), James McCabe, Lisa Parker (David) and Lyn LaMountain (Rob). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, only 60 people may enter the funeral home at one time. Masks and social distancing will be required.
