He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Seybolt; and his granddaughter Megan Van Winkle. He is survived by: his wife DeOLinda Van Winkle; his sons, Douglas Van Winkle (Kristen) and Dustin Van Winkle (Marcia); and his grandchildren, David, Amy and Olivia Van Winkle. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
