He was predeceased by: his parents, John Swota and Mary Swota (Howansky); and his sister Ann Marie Swota. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Jason (Jamie), Kelly (Mark) and Joel (Alissa); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Charles, Alexandria, David, Maxwell, Hannah, Jeffery, Brett and Tiffany; and his great grandchildren, Kallie, Logan, Lucas, Bailey and Bonnie.
