David C. Durling Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David C. Durling (Fort Edward, New York), who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Durling and Viola Durling (Sanders); his wife Mary Sprague of Pennsylvania; his son-in-law Melvin C. Crissinger; and his sister Beverly King.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Crissinger and David D. Durling; his grandchildren, Andrew Michael Durling (Denise), Ashley Marie Durling (Tony) and Elizabeth Marie Crissinger; his great grandchildren, Payton, Kennedy and Baker; his brother Paul Durling (Marj); and his brother-in-law Newell "Fuz" Sprague (Marcia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home (82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in David's memory can be made to The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders, at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital at Albany Med, 43 New Scotland Ave., MC 119, Albany, NY 12208. The family has chosen to send donations to The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders.
