We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 76, Constance Jane Tomb (Fort Edward, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Phelps; and her grandparents, Percy W., Ruth Young Phelps, Stephen Harris Mead and Myrtle Crosbie Buck.
She is survived by: her mother Lois A. Buck Phelps; her children, Shamus and Amy; her husband Ken; her son Patrick Tomb; her siblings, Richard Phelps (Pamela), Robert Phelps, Brian Phelps (Peggy), Thomas Phelps (Amy) and Carolyn Friers (Michael); and her close friend Alma Gelb Hill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
