He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Ruth Howard (Stone); his brother Frank Howard; and his brother-in-law Ron Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Foster; his children, C. W. Howard Jr. (Sara), William Howard and Samuel Howard; his grandchildren, Tanner and Rylee Howard; and his siblings, Janice Harmon, Donna Santangelo (Donald) and Alan Howard. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
