It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol L. Knight of Fort Edward, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell VanLoan and Marjorie VanLoan (Hubert); her husbands, Robert Carpenter, William Hammond and Peter Knight; her siblings, Gene VanLoan and Linda LaPoint (Richard LaPoint); and her brother-in-law Michael Ginsburg.
She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Carpenter and Christopher Carpenter; her siblings, Marcia Ginsburg and James VanLoan (Deb); her sister-in-law Andrea VanLoan; and her caregivers, Aides-McKayla, Marie, Ellen, Amelia and Terry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
