She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McIntosh and Margaret McIntosh (Delaire); and her brother Jim McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, JT Shortsleeves (Brittany) and Taylor Shortsleeves; her grandchildren, Margaret and Schuylar Shortsleeves; her siblings, Lucy (Stephen Mead), John McIntosh (Sheila) and Bruce McIntosh; her niece Melissa; and her nephews, Brett and Scott. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
