She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Hoffmann and Frances Hoffmann (Neumann); her husband Jack "Tomahawk" Delk; her siblings, Mae Helen Giaimo, Howard Hoffmann Sr. and Robert Hoffmann; and her son-in-law Wayne Bushey.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Bushey (Joe Burch), Glen Delk (Cathy) and Cheryl Delk; her sister Helen Gravitt; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Jessica, Sarah, Rachel, Kristina, Emily "Emmie", Ryan and Kayla. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
