With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Overfield (Fort Covington, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her former husband James "Jim" Overfield; her daughter Lynn Premo; and her parents, Eva Mainville Bashaw and Henry James Bashaw. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Premo (Shelly) of Chateaugay, NY and Rick Premo of Vergennes, VT.; her stepchildren, Luanne Overfield Gamble (Tom) of Tulsa, OK, Christine Overfield Stutler (Jim) of Morrison, CO and Robert Overfield (Dossie) of Cody, WY.; her siblings, Pete Bashaw (Carol) and Cathy Bashaw (Carol Robert); and her husband Webster Premo. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
