It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Lembke of Fort Covington, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Minka McElwain Lembke of Fort Covington, NY and John Lembke of Bombay, NY; his sister Joey; his brother-in-law Bradley Lazore of Fort Covington, NY; his niece Ily Mia; and his nephews, Draven and Kenndrick. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
