It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura E. Lantry of Fort Covington, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burditt and Mary Noreault Burditt; her former spouse Leslie J. Jock; her spouse Jessie T. Lantry; her son Jimmy John Jock; and her siblings, James, Francis, Donald, William, Amos, Bobby, Leo, Joseph Burditt, Florence "Toots" Cartier and Elsie Burditt.
She is survived by: her sons, Neil "Scott" (Renee Jock) and Dale Jock of Cornwall Island; her close friend Charles Bishop of Fort Covington, NY.; her sister Kay Gray of Fort Covington, NY.; and her grandchildren, Kristin Jock, Lindsay White, Jimmy John Jock, Jessica Murphy, Heather, Cory Reynolds, Meagan McDonald, Stephen and Becca Leroux. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
