Frank R. Stark Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank R. Stark of Fort Covington, New York, born in Malone, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stark and Gertrude Stark (Deuel); his brother Howard Stark; and his nephew Aaron Stark. He is survived by: his wife Joan Stark (Leroux); his daughters, Allison Rozon (Leif) of Lake Clear, NY and Megan Stark of Potsdam, NY.; his grandchildren, Rachel, Luke and Felicity Rozon of Lake Clear, NY.; his brothers, William of Silver Springs, David (Marybeth) of Westville, NY, Bruce of Ithaca, NY and Donald (Linda) of Binghamton, NY; and his sister-in-law Judy Stark of Westville, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
