Tuper of Fort Covington, New York, born in North Bangor, New York, who passed away at the age of 92, on November 18, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Tuper and Ida LaPage Tuper; his brother Clayton; his daughters, Maxine Rockhill and Karen Rockhill; his daughter-in-law Laura Tuper; his granddaughter Melissa Brand; and his son-in-law Donald Beaudin.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Tuper (Stacy) of Omaha, Bruce Tuper (Linda) of Waterbury, CT., Ronald Tuper (Lisa) of Vulontown, CT., Paul Tuper of Terryville, CT., Bonnie Beaudin of Fort Covington and Nancy Almond (Marty) of Burke, N. Y.; and his sons-in-law, Howard Rockhill and Kenneth Rockhill. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
