He was predeceased by: his former wife Amy Symonds; and his son Rocky Jon Symonds. He is survived by: his parents, Roger P. Symonds and Meredith I. Symonds (Flint); his wife Lisa Jo Symonds of Fort Ann; his daughter Kayla Marie Symonds; his stepchildren, James Carter, Stephanie Carter and Stephen Carter; his grandson Rocky; and his siblings, Sandee Stevens and Roger Symonds, Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
