Falta of Fort Ann, New York, born in Tarrytown, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Gregory and Walter Gregory; her daughter-in-law Emmy Falta; her siblings, Tommy, Patty, Joey and Johnny; her son Wayne Falta (Emmy Falta); and her son-in-law Dan McCane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darleen McCane (Tim Hack) and Jo Ann Falta (Alphonse Lambert); her grandchildren, Hunter McCane (Jordan Zenner), Aiden Lambert and Emerick Falta; her adoptive daughter Tammy Rooke (Stanley); her pet Nugget; and her brother Walter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, her lifelong best friend.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jillson Funeral Home Inc. (46 Williams St, Whitehall, NY 12887).
