With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Porter (Fort Ann, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on May 19, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Holmes and Jeannette Holmes (Crete); her husband Donald Porter; her daughter Robin Porter; and her sisters, Lucille Munger, Jean Holmes and Cindy Losgar.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Wendy Hurlburt (Dan); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia and Savanna; her children, David Porter of Corinth and Kim Rathbun (Michael) of Fort Ann; and her siblings, Donald Holmes of Fort Ann, Roy Walkup, June Fish (Kenneth) of Fort Edward, Gail Peer-Rogers (Mark) of Fort Ann and Christine Wilkinson of Corinth. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
